THE BEST SUMMER SIPS

THE BEST WAY TO START YOUR MORNING OFF IS WITH A SWEET SHOT OF SOMETHING HEALTHY

I CUP OF HOT MILK (DAIRY AND NON DAIRY)
1 CUP OF COFFEE
3/4 TSP CINNAMON
A SPLASH OF MAPLE SYRUP
2 TBSP ALMASED
 
MIX ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER, AND SIP AWAY WITH THIS MORNING TREAT.
 
TIP: YOU CAN ALSO POUR OVER ICE FOR AN AFTERNOON PICK ME UP.
 

 

 
PB AND COCO
 
7 ICE CUBES
3 TBSP PBUTTER (ALMOND, SUNFLOWER, CASHEW)
1 CUP MILK (DAIRY AND NON DAIRY)
1 SHOTS OF COFFEE
3 TBSP ALMASED
 
BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND ENJOY.
 
 
 
ICED GREEN TEA JUMP STARTER
 
1 TSP HONEY
2 CUPS OF HOT GREEN TEA
1 CUP OF ICE
1/2 GRAPEFRUIT ( SQUEEZE JUICE AND POUR INTO THE CUP OF ICE)
SPLASH OF LIME OR LEMON
SOME GINGER ZEST TO TASTE
 
 
 
MY PERSONAL FAVORITE, FRUIT INFUSED WATER
 
I MAKE 1 GALLON OF FILTERED WATER IN OUR BRITTA
I PUT 1/2 CUP OF ANY FAVORITE FRUITS OR VEGGIES AND LET IT MARINATE OVER NIGHT. NOT ONLY WILL IT BE THE BEST WATER YOU HAVE EVER HAD BUT ITS HEALTHY.
 
 
PEPPERMINT ME WAKE UP
 
2 TEA BAGS IN 1/2  CUP OF HOT WATER FOR 5 MINUTES
2 TSP OF ARBONNE SUPER GREENS
2 CUPS OF ICE
 
POUR ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER AND MIX WELL SERVE WITH FRESH MINT SPRIGS.
